Hypothesis
The persistence of challenges in achieving equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in computing is rooted in systemic barriers that hinder access to opportunities and foster unwelcoming environments for underrepresented groups.
UN SDG: 4, 5, 8, 10 (and shaky but 11)
By creating a platform where individupals from underrepresented groups can have equal access to mentorship, networking, and job opportunities in computing. We can significantly increase their representation, retention, and advancement in the field, thereby mitigating the effects of systemic barriers and fostering a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment.
